Episode 1 of Graze, a film series focused on highlighting the many cities around the US that employ goat herding companies to aid with weed abatement and fire mitigation. For this episode, I followed Tammy Dunakin, owner of Rent-a-Ruminant, as she took her goat herd to graze on the steep hillsides of a housing development outside of Seattle, WA.
Goats are a pesticide-free, noise-free, emission-free, economical, efficient, and amusing way to cut and discard of dry grasses and invasive weeds, protecting our homes and cities from fires.
